From all of us here at Village on the Twelve, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We are excited to usher in a New Year as we have some terrific New developments coming…
Both Cluster ‘C’ & Cluster ‘D’ are now half sold leaving only 6 remaining ravine townhomes available in Stage IV. George Upper has now completed both renderings which will be on display in our Feature Home. The foundation for Cluster ‘C’ is now complete and the framing is expected to commence this week. We are looking forward to watching the building take shape over the winter.
Plus, very early next year, we will be introducing the long awaited three storey apartment and some ‘Brownstone’ styled townhomes. The plans are now being finalized and you will have an opportunity to view them early next year. As always, our Open House is from 1:00 to 4:00 daily. However, we will be closed during the Holiday on December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1. Stop by the site and see what’s happening. We would love to see you!
