Summer News Update
Spring has brought much activity to Village on the Twelve and we are pleased to say that we are now Sold Out of Stage IV. 
Cluster ‘D’ - our final set of homes - is now at the roofing stage, and the exteriors are nearing completion on daily basis. Exciting things are to come…
In addition to the Pre-release of Stage V, which is currently in the design phase, Stages VI and VII are not far behind. In fact, The Brownstones - Stage VI - may be the next homes constructed this year.
Of course, if you like how Stage IV has evolved, we are taking reservations for ravine homes in Stage VII. Hurry to reserve your site…we already have a few reservations and only 12 sites. This is your chance to customize your dream home along the ravine.
Be sure to stop by and check on our progress as there is always something happening. However, please note that we now have new summer hours:
