Our NEW Feature Home is now open to the public for viewing Sunday to Friday from 1-4 pm.  If you have been anxiously waiting to view the last available home in Stage IV, or are simply curious, please stop by and have a look.

Our new feature home offers over 2200 sq ft of living space overlooking the Twelve Mile Creek.  It features a 2 storey living room, custom kitchen with granite counter tops, radiant in-floor heating, ravine level walk out to patio, a 12′x12′ balcony with glass railing…the list goes on.
