There will be no compromise in quality or design. All residences will have an outdoor amenity space - either front porches addressing the street for ground floor apartments, or 12′x12′ balconies on the second and third storey. Light will be maximized and with generous windows and 9′ ceiling heights. Underground parking and storage will be included for all residents. Digging for Cluster ‘D’ will commence early March, and we expect to have another Feature Home (House #12) available for viewing and for sale then. Stop by the site and check out our progress - we’d love to see you! We are open daily from 1:00 to 4:00.

Both Cluster ‘C’ & Cluster ‘D’ are now half sold leaving only 6 remaining ravine townhomes available in Stage IV. George Upper has now completed both renderings which will be on display in our Feature Home. The foundation for Cluster ‘C’ is now complete and the framing is expected to commence this week. We are looking forward to watching the building take shape over the winter.

Plus, very early next year, we will be introducing the long awaited three storey apartment and some ‘Brownstone’ styled townhomes. The plans are now being finalized and you will have an opportunity to view them early next year. Silvergate Homes was on hand at the beautiful Blue Mountain Resort to receive the award. This is not the first time that Village on the Twelve has been honoured with such recognition.
