It’s the start of a New Year, and we are now Sold Out of Stage IV! Our Feature Home will still be open for viewing (Sunday – Friday, 1pm to 4pm) as plans for our next stage of homes are available to show. Be the first to catch a look at our ‘Brownstones‘.

Our NEW Feature Home is now open to the public for viewing Sunday to Friday from 1-4 pm.Â If you have been anxiously waiting to view the last available home in Stage IV, or are simply curious, please stop by and have a look.

Our new feature home offers over 2200 sq ft of living space overlooking the Twelve Mile Creek.Â It features a 2 storey living room, custom kitchen with granite counter tops, radiant in-floor heating, ravine level walk out to patio, a 12′x12′ balcony with glass railing…the list goes on.

End of Summer

Summer here at Village on the Twelve has been busy.Â Both Clusters ‘C’ & ‘D’ have undergone incredible transformations – both inside and out.

We have only 1 home left for sale – now in the process of being completed as a Feature home. It should be ready in November.Â If you are in the neighbourhood, stop by and watch the progress.

Spring has brought much activity to Village on the Twelve and we are pleased to say that we are now Sold Out of Stage IV.Â
Cluster ‘D’ – our final set of homes – is now at the roofing stage, and the exteriors are nearing completion on daily basis.Â Exciting things are to come…
In addition to the Pre-release of Stage V, which is currently in the design phase, Stages VI and VII are not far behind. In fact, The Brownstones - Stage VI - may be the next homes constructed this year.

Of course, if you like how Stage IV has evolved, we are taking reservations for ravine homes in Stage VII.Â Hurry to reserve your site…we already have a few reservations and only 12 sites.Â This is your chance to customize your dream home along the ravine.

Be sure to stop by and check on our progress as there is always something happening.Â However, please note that we now have new summer hours:

Stage V Residences Pre-Released!

Many people have been following our progress in anticipation of our next phase of development – Stage V. The wait is finally over! We are now taking reservations for the upcoming 26 apartment residences. If you like what we have built so far, your gonna love this!

There will be no compromise in quality or design. All residences will have an outdoor amenity space – either front porches addressing the street for ground floor apartments, or 12′x12′ balconies on the second and third storey. Light will be maximized and with generous windows and 9′ ceiling heights. Underground parking and storage will be included for all residents. An abundance of on street parking will be available for visitors. Construction is expected this year with occupancies as expected by summer. The list goes on… Contact us for to find out more. Cluster ‘C’ Construction Update

Construction continues to move forward on Cluster ‘C’ despite periods of inclement weather – and so are sales! Stage IV (Ravine Townhomes) are now over 70% sold out and two other reservations have just been taken. They won’t last long…

Digging for Cluster ‘D’ will commence early March, and we expect to have another Feature Home (House #12) available for viewing and for sale then. Stop by the site and check out our progress – we’d love to see you! We are open daily from 1:00 to 4:00.

From all of us here at Village on the Twelve, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We are excited to usher in a New Year as we have some terrific New developments coming…

Both Cluster ‘C’ & Cluster ‘D’ are now half sold leaving only 6 remaining ravine townhomes available in Stage IV. George Upper has now completed both renderings which will be on display in our Feature Home. The foundation for Cluster ‘C’ is now complete and the framing is expected to commence this week. We are looking forward to watching the building take shape over the winter.

Plus, very early next year, we will be introducing the long awaited three storey apartment and some ‘Brownstone’ styled townhomes. The plans are now being finalized and you will have an opportunity to view them early next year. Please contact us to ensure that you are on our mailing list to be one of the first in line. 2008 will be an exciting year for Village on the Twelve – You won’t be disappointed!

As always, our Open House is from 1:00 to 4:00 daily. However, we will be closed during the Holiday on December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1. Stop by the site and see what’s happening. We would love to see you!

Cluster ‘C’ Now Underway

There has been some increased activity – and a bit of mud – on site as Cluster ‘C’ gets underway. Four new homes will be residing in what is presently a muddy hole in the ground. Of the four homes presently being constructed, two remain available for sale. We have a two-storey Georgian home totalling over 2200 square feet featuring ravine side master bedroom, grand two-storey living room and private balcony overlooking the ravine.

Also available is a double car garage bungalow at 2140 square feet. This home features 10′ ceilings on the Street level, an expansive balcony off the living area, main level master bedroom with incredible ensuite and an abundance of closet space. Architecturally, this home boasts stone with board and batten exterior, plus private courtyard out front, all to be beautifully landscaped.
