Village On The Twelve

In planning the Village, every effort will be made to incorporate diversity into the design of the homes and thus encourage a similar diversity of residents. This will be a stark contrast from a typical suburb where houses are clustered according to form and value and residents tend to be segregated by age and income.

Architecturally, we want to make the Village on the Twelve as diverse and interesting as possible. We hope to offer a range of forms and sizes of homes so you can chose from detached homes to granny flats or even multi-generation homes (where grandparents may have their own independent living space under the same roof as their children and grandchildren.
