Village On The Twelve

Within Village on the Twelve, we put a great deal of effort into the design of the public realm.

Firstly, we have shunned garage-controlled architecture. Where garages are unavoidable, we have set them back from the porches and have used more interesting garage doors.

Secondly, we have included a great deal of diversity in building architecture, materials and colours.

Next, we have incorporated visitor parking into the street design.

And finally, we have designed the street to be pedestrian-friendly.

As a result, we believe that Village on the Twelve will be a safer, friendlier and more interesting neighbourhood than its contemporary competitors.
