Stage IV is currently under construction and will consist of 18 attached homes backing onto the main Twelve Mile Creek valley and the Merritt Trail.
A variety of designs will be offered, including bungalows, two-storey homes, single car garages, two car garages and no-garages models. We will continue to improve upon our format of architectural diversity.
