Village on the Twelve is dramatically different because of its design principles:

Neighbourhood Focus - The quality of the neighbourhood is paramount; each home contributes to the whole. Streets are designed for people, not cars. Garage-controlled architecture is avoided; verandas encouraged.

Diversity - Diversity is encouraged in architecture, building form, size, and use. Village on the Twelve is not a conventional condominium project with uniformity of design, materials and colours.
