Building A Better Neighbourhood

A Better Neighbourhood

Village on the Twelve streetscapeVillage on the Twelve is dramatically different because of its design principles:

Neighbourhood Focus - The quality of the neighbourhood is paramount; each home contributes to the whole. Streets are designed for people, not cars. Garage-controlled architecture is avoided; verandas encouraged.

Diversity - Diversity is encouraged in architecture, building form, size, and use. Village on the Twelve is not a conventional condominium project with uniformity of design, materials and colours.Cluster B

Identity - The diversity of architecture, building form, and uses, together with the superior quality of the street environment and public space give the Village its distinct identity.

Environmental Integration - Rather than segregating environmental areas from the neighbourhood, the living spaces and ravine areas are closely connected. Residents enjoy the benefits of the ravine while providing stewardship for them.

We believe that the Village on the Twelve is much more valuable, interesting, and healthier neighbourhood.
